Sierra Sullivan spent her early years in Yakima, Washington. Soon after graduating high school she joined with IMG Models in New York City and began traveling all over the world including Paris, Milan, London and Sydney to model full time. Shortly after moving to New York she got her big break when she was photographed by David Sims for Harper’s Bazaar. The buzz about this fresh-faced newcomer spread quickly through close-knit fashionista circles. It became apparent that Sierra’s classic beauty, intense blue eyes and sweet personality would make her a muse to several in the industry. Sierra quickly rose to the top and found herself sauntering down runways from New York to Paris and London in the most prestigious shows for designers such as Balenciaga, Dries Van Noten, Emanuel Ungaro, Prada, Miu Miu, Michael Kors, Loewe and Tory Burch. Sierra’s strong look has been captured by top photographers including Steven Meisel, Steven Klein, Bruce Weber, Inez Van Lamsweerde & Vinoodh Matadin, Tom Munro, Michael Thompson, Arthur Elgort, Paolo Reversi, Thomas Schenk, Nick Clements and Raymond Meier. Sierra has been featured in ad campaigns for an impressive range of designers and beauty companies including Prada, Byblos, Gap, Banana Republic, Guerlain, Revlon, Cesare Paciotti, Polo Ralph Lauren, Akris, and Abercrombie & Fitch. Editorially, Sierra has appeared in the pages of top international fashion magazines including Vogue, Italian Vogue, French Vogue, Dazed and Confused, Jalouse, Numero, Harper’s Bazaar, Elle, W, Australian Vogue and Japanese Vogue. She has also graced the covers of Italian Glamour, D, Grazia and Arena.
